This Friday, I will be participating in the SSACS homeschool/Christian school Bible day competition. My lesson is on Mercy, and I am both excited and nervous. Here is my visual aid that I'm using to show how our sin totally outweighs anything "good" we could do. This also shows how His mercy forgives and removes our sins as far as the east is from the west, and we are then covered in His righteousness not our own.
All we have to do is accept His free gift of unending mercy!
The sin that separates us from God and our "good" things we do. (filthy rags)
God's mercy is the only thing that can save us... not anything we can do!
